Position Objective

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes performing sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment, and reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
  • Process visual packet materials, props, signage, and store stockroom hardware.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, signage placement, etc.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
