POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes performing various sales functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
  • Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment, and reorganizes merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
  • Ensures new products are merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
  • Enters all receiving documents into the computer system, reconciles merchandise invoices, and completes store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and promptly.
  • Receives and processes visual packet materials, props, signage, and stores stockroom hardware properly.
  • Participates in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alerts store management to cash supply needs.
  • Assists with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, signage placement, etc., as directed.
  • Supports boutique cleanliness and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
  • Physical ability to stand most of the shift.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; headset communication preferred.
  • Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of an 8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
