Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and organizing the stockroom. We love what we do and believe our team makes us the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment, and reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
  • Receive and process visual materials, props, signage, and store stockroom hardware.
  • Participate in pricing updates and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, signage, etc., as directed.
  • Help maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

  • Support and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a seamless omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Encourage an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving approach.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines.
  • Teamwork demonstration skills.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication using headsets.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing during most of the shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing.
