Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our teams make us the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment.
  • Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised timely.
  • Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and complete store transfers accurately and promptly.
  • Process visual materials and store hardware properly.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives and store presentation.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience

Model and promote MAPS principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth
  • Promote inclusive, collaborative problem-solving.
  • Seek personal development and feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary by brand.
Qualifications
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability to company technology.
  • Ability to stand most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines.
  • Teamwork ability.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication via headset.
  • Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing during most of the shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing.
