Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales environment, ensuring our core principles guide all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team makes us the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy replenishment access; reorganize stock to optimize space.
• Ensure timely merchandising and representation of new products.
• Enter receiving documents accurately, reconcile invoices, and handle store-to-store transfers and locate requests promptly.
• Manage visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware efficiently.
• Participate in pricing adjustments and markdowns.
• Notify management of cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual displays, including floorsets, window changes, and signage, as directed.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Support and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a seamless omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

Qualifications

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication via headset with customers, associates, and management.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are essential.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
