POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This involves performing various sales functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor; reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
  • Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
  • Process visual packet materials, props, signage, and store hardware appropriately.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert store management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, signage placement, etc., as directed.
  • Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.

  • Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position may vary across multiple brands, with some duties differing accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
  • Ability to work mostly standing during shifts.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines.
  • Teamwork demonstrated ability.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is desired.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; use of headset required.
  • Regular attendance is essential, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
