Bachoco OK Foods in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Supply Production Worker on 2nd shift to help run the slaughter plant. The role includes setup, stocking, inventory, and moving materials, with lifting up to 50 pounds. You will work 4:50 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
• Receives, stores, issues equipment, material, supplies, or merchandise, and compiles stock records in stockroom
• Fill orders or issues supplies from stock
• Prepares periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock
• Distributes stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued
• Maintains inventory and other stock records
• Maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner
• Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Dept: 1252 - Supply HEAVY LIFTER

Shift Hours: 4:50 p.m. - EOS

Pay Rate: $ 16.25 per hour.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; Receives, stores, and issues equipment, material, supplies, or merchandise, and compiles stock records in stockroom; Fill orders or issues supplies from stock; Prepares periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock; Distributes stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued; Determines methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space; Moves or transports material or supplies to other departments; Maintains inventory and other stock records; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
