Bachoco Group is hiring for Floor Support on the 2nd shift at the Fort Smith, AR plant. The role covers set-up, line duties, and packaging tasks in a production environment.

Pay rate is $16.25 per hour with incentives, benefits and opportunities for increases after 30 and 90 days. This is a safety-sensitive position with potential for growth and company-paid benefits.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
• Picking up condemned product that has fallen on the production floor
• Sort and grade product
• Make boxes
• Bag finished product
• Pack bagged product into boxes
• Tape boxes
• Scale boxed product to required weight
• Label boxes as applicable to customer specifications
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner

Shift Time: 4:55 pm to EOS

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required

Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 POUNDS. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
