Job summary

Bachoco OK Foods in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Bagger Operator for the 1st shift in the HEAVY LIFTER department (Dept. 142). The role supports production by handling boxing, packing, labeling and line setup to ensure product quality and safety.

The shift runs 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a pay rate of $16.75 per hour. Testing is required for this position and benefits include 401K, medical, dental and vision insurance, along with holidays and paid time off after probation.

1st Shift: Further Processing Plant

Dept. 142 – Bagger Operator – HEAVY LIFTER

Shift Time: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $ 16.75per hour

Testing is required for this position

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department.

Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
