Bachoco Group in Fort Smith, AR is hiring a Tender Puller for 2nd shift at the Debone Plant. The role focuses on processing chicken parts and maintaining safety standards in a high-volume production environment.

Pay is $18.50 per hour with $1/hour attendance incentive, $1/hour night-shift premium, pay increases at 30 and 90 days, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K and health coverage. You must be able to stand, lift 25–40 lbs, and work in a wet, loud environment.

Pay Rate: $18.50per hour.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; Cuts shoulders of chicken by performing the following duties; Cuts shoulders according to set specification; Trims breast from chicken by performing the following duties; Trims chicken breasts according to set specification; Makes sure that the breast does not contain any bones or cartilage.; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 POUNDS . Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This is a safety sensitive position.
