Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Marination Helper for the 1st shift at the Fort Smith, AR processing plant. The role involves setting up and tearing down workstations, marinating product, and handling totes to move product into marination tanks.

This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position requiring physical endurance and adherence to safety standards. Shift hours are 5 am to 2 pm with a pay rate of $16.25 per hour plus incentives and a benefits package including 401K, medical/dental/vision coverage,

1st Shift: Further Processing Plant

Dept. 153 Marination Helper – HEAVY LIFTER

Shift Time: 5 am - 2 pm

Pay Rate: $16.25per hour.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; Marinates product by performing the following duties; Dumps totes of product into tanks to be marinated; Uses a hand or power jack to bring product to marination from the cooler; Takes out trash and dirty totes and lids. and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner. Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
