Job summary

AllTerra Central is seeking a dependable Supply Coordinator to support warehouse and supply operations. This hands-on role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with the Regional Supply Manager to ensure efficient inventory management, warehouse operations, and timely delivery of customer orders. This position offers growth and teamwork within a proactive logistics team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes.
• Prepare, stage, and verify customer orders for delivery or shipment.
• Process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safe operating conditions.
• Deliver customer orders to job sites and customer locations as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and quality control initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
