Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee movement and storage of goods, manage inventory, and coordinate distribution from our Mesa, AZ facility.

You will handle order fulfillment, loading, and document handling in our ERP, while maintaining safe, efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities include scheduling materials, preparing orders for delivery, ensuring accurate stock records, and collaborating with purchasing, accounting, and shipping teams to meet

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift operator certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule materials to be moved to/from storage and offsite locations.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
• Ensure stock is pulled and loaded with necessary documents in ERP.
• Interface with other departments to meet inbound/outbound deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
