Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, inventory, and logistics support at the distribution center. This role ensures accuracy in inventory control, and supports customer service and shipping activities for domestic and international orders.

The position acts as a liaison between operations, customer service, HR, and logistics to maintain smooth, compliant warehouse operations with attention to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Manhattan ERP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and stock audits; document discrepancies.
• Prepare customs paperwork, BOLs, and shipping documents; ensure compliance.
• Support domestic and international shipping; assist with scheduling.
• Maintain organized inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with scheduling and purchasing to avoid delays/backorders.
• Operate warehouse equipment per safety guidelines when certified.
• Provide administrative support to warehouse leadership and HR onboarding where needed.
• Record and distribute notes for safety meetings.
