Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Supply Chain Project Manager to design, deploy, and manage scalable supply chain processes across the PMO. You’ll gather requirements, map workflows, and partner with Engineering, IT, Procurement, and Manufacturing to implement repeatable solutions that boost efficiency.

You will own stakeholder alignment, drive adoption, and develop templates that can be replicated across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in material cost management, NPI, process design, business process improvement, or program management in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment.
• Experience with change management and driving process adoption across organizations.
• Strong facilitation and requirements gathering skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process development for key supply chain initiatives, from eliciting vague requirements to deployed processes.
• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering by interviewing SMEs, facilitating workshops, and synthesizing information.
• Design and document new business processes including SOPs, RACI matrices, narratives, and playbooks.
• Lead deployment and change management, including training development and adoption tracking.
• Map current-state processes to identify gaps and opportunities for standardization and efficiency gains.
• Develop process governance, metrics, monitoring, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
