Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Sr. Director of Supply Chain Planning Process to design, implement, and optimize planning processes that drive global operations.

The role oversees scalable S&OP/S&OE, materials planning, and real-time decisioning across divisions including engineering, manufacturing, and deployments. You will lead a high-performing team, set standards, and collaborate with Planning Systems Leadership to adopt digital tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with significant experience) in planning, supply chain, operations planning, or related field.
• 15+ years of direct leadership experience in S&OP, S&OE, supply chain or equivalent.
• 10+ years of leading teams implementing large-scale planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, IBP).
• Expertise in planning & inventory systems across an enterprise.
• Experience integrating AI in process environments to drive planning productivity.
• Track record developing scalable, repeatable planning frameworks.
• Ability to influence across senior leadership and functions.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize scalable S&OP, S&OE, and materials planning processes across the company.
• Drive integration of planning tools and analytics for real-time decisioning and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, finance, and deployments.
• Build and develop a high-performing planning process team and define 2–5 year strategy.
