• 2+ years of progressive experience in cost management, NPI, process design, or program management in aerospace/defense manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment
• Experience with change management principles and driving process adoption across organizations
• Strong facilitation and requirements gathering skills with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process development for key supply chain initiatives—from eliciting vague requirements to delivering documented, deployed processes
• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering by interviewing SMEs, facilitating workshops, and synthesizing information into clear problem statements
• Design and document new business processes, including SOPs, RACI matrices, and implementation playbooks
• Lead process deployment and change management, including training development and adoption tracking
• Map and analyze current-state processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization and efficiency gains
• Develop process governance frameworks with success metrics and continuous improvement mechanisms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure seamless integration with systems
• Facilitate alignment across stakeholder groups and build consensus around standards
• Create scalable process templates adaptable across teams and programs
• Support program managers by managing workstreams and providing regular status updates
