Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Project Manager to design, document, and deploy compliant processes that let our supply chain operate in a defense environment, translating FAR/DFARS, ITAR, export controls, and customer flow-downs into clear workflows.

You’ll own end-to-end compliance workstreams from discovery through implementation, interviewing stakeholders, mapping current processes, identifying gaps, and leading deployment and change management with Procurement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, compliance, or process design within aerospace, defense, or another regulated industry.
• Ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment.
• Strong facilitation and requirements gathering skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation habits.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compliance initiatives from discovery to deployment.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops; design and document compliance processes, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and desk guides.
• Map current-state workflows to identify compliance gaps and drive remediation.
• Lead deployment and change management, including training and adoption tracking.
• Support audit readiness and government assessments (DCMA, CPSR).
• Partner with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to embed compliant processes into operations.
