Anduril Industries seeks a Supply Chain Project Manager to design, deploy, and manage scalable supply chain processes across the PMO. You’ll gather requirements, map workflows, and partner with Engineering, IT, Procurement, and Manufacturing to implement repeatable solutions that boost efficiency.
You will own stakeholder alignment, drive adoption, and develop templates that can be replicated across programs.
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The Supply Chain Project Manager is a hands‑on builder and problem‑solver within the Supply Chain PMO who designs, develops, and deploys new processes and systems across the organization. This role requires someone who can take ambiguous supply chain challenges—whether in sourcing, cost management, new product introduction, or manufacturing—and partner with subject matter experts to architect scalable process solutions from the ground up. You’ll own complete work streams from discovery through implementation—conducting stakeholder interviews, mapping current‑state workflows, designing future‑state processes, and leading the deployment and change management efforts. The Supply Chain Project Manager collaborates closely with Program Managers and cross‑functional partners (like Engineering, IT, Procurement, and Manufacturing) to transform operational needs into documented, repeatable processes that drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
