Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Manager of Demand & Supply Planning to lead a team and transform S&OP processes. You will forecast demand, plan materials, and coordinate with Purchasing and Manufacturing to ensure timely builds and deliveries.

The role focuses on owning complex value chains, driving precision in planning, and collaborating with sales, operations, and finance to align on targets and budgets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies
• 3+ years of experience managing a direct team
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce
• Ability to demonstrate willingness to take on substantial responsibility across supply chain, logistics, engineering, and supply planning functions
• Strong technical expertise including ability to read technical documentation, drawings, and CAD data
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply & demand plans that support the company’s sales forecasts and business strategies
• Lead the Supply & Demand planning team to ensure efficient and effective execution of planning activities
• Collaborate through S&OP with departments to gather data for accurate supply forecasting
• Distill and communicate complex scenarios to executives for strategic decisions
• Manage inventory levels to meet service level targets while minimizing excess inventory
• Monitor supplier performance and address supply chain disruptions
• Improve planning processes to increase efficiency
• Define KPIs for Supply & Demand Planning and present program performance
• Support new product launches by coordinating with cross-functional teams
