The Milk Shake Factory is seeking a Supply Chain Infrastructure Operations Specialist to optimize how supply chain decisions flow across procurement, finance, and operations. You will ensure information moves smoothly between teams and aligns activities with business goals.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SCM systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ERP, POS, and inventory management is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or systems coordination.
• Experience with SCM systems and software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong ability to see how supply chain decisions impact overall business operations related to supply chain and finance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food service supply chain processes and management software (ERP, POS, Inventory management) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain & systems, ensuring execution aligns with strategic goals.
• Understand how supply chain decisions affect procurement, finance, and operations, and ensure smooth information flow between teams.
• Ensure timely communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to minimize disruptions.
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the supply chain system and recommend process improvements.
