The Milk Shake Factory is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to drive the seamless flow of ingredients, forecasts, and information that powers our operations. You’ll coordinate with manufacturers, distributors, and franchisees to ensure timely delivery and strong partnerships across the network.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and daily use of IT systems.
• 2+ years in supply chain, franchise, or F&B environments, multi-unit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute inventory-related supply chain strategy to ensure fast, efficient milkshake delivery.
• Serve as liaison between Manufacturers, Distributors & Franchisees to uphold the 3 C’s: Communication, Coordination, Collaboration.
• Own relationships with manufacturers and distributors to develop processes and maintain fluid communication.
• Create and maintain forecasts across the supply chain to meet store location needs.
