MilkShake Factory is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to drive the seamless flow of ingredients, information, and forecasts that power our global operations.

You will plan and execute inventory strategies, own relationships with manufacturers and distributors, and build forecasts across the supply chain to meet store needs. Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving are essential assets in a fast-paced, multi-unit setting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong mathematical, organizational, and operational acumen.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with IT systems daily.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and results.
• 2+ years of supply chain, franchise, or F&B experience, ideally multi-unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute inventory-related supply chain strategies.
• Coordinate communication across manufacturers, distributors, and franchisees.
• Own relationships with manufacturers and distributors; develop processes.
• Create and maintain forecasts across the supply chain network.
• Identify root causes of inventory issues and implement corrective actions.
• Track materials from planning to store delivery.
• Design new processes to improve inventory operations and drive efficiencies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply network.
• Ensure 3 Cs: communication, coordination, and collaboration are prioritized.
