MilkShake Factory is seeking a Supply Chain & Vendor Coordinator to optimize our supply network, expand to new stores, and ensure timely availability of products. This hands-on role sits at the heart of our operations, turning coordination into measurable results.

With 2+ years in supply chain, franchise, or F&B, you bring strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and superb communication to manage vendors, optimize distribution, and drive cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize broadliner and direct ship distribution programs across the system.
• Maintain and update SKU/vendor databases, managing all items.
• Lead the supply side of new store onboarding, including vendor setup and opening orders.
• Be the primary point of contact for vendors; build strong working relationships.
• Identify opportunities to save, streamline, and scale with impact.
• Collaborate across operations, supply chain, and store teams.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Vendor Coordinator to help us scale smarter, optimize our supply network, and make sure our stores (and guests) have everything they need, when they need it. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, and perfect for someone who thrives in the details, sees problems as puzzles, and loves turning coordination into results.

What You’ll Own

• Distribution Channels - Oversee and optimize both broadliner and direct ship distribution programs across the system.
• Order Guides & Vendor Database - Keep our systems up-to-date and accurate, managing all SKUs from smallwares to supply items.
• New Store Onboarding - Lead the supply side of new location openings, including setting up vendors, managing opening orders, and ensuring a smooth start.
• Vendor Relationships - Be the point person for our vendors; build strong, clear, and collaborative working relationships.
• Cost Savings & Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to save, streamline, and scale with impact.
• Cross-Functional Communication - Operate as the go-to partner for operations, supply chain, and store teams.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, franchise, or F&B environments, ideally supporting multi-unit operations.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with managing large datasets and supply tools.
