Job summary

Trane Supply is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Learning Analyst to enhance learning across core systems used by employees and suppliers. You will design digital training, deliver virtual sessions, and partner with SMEs to translate processes into practical content.

You will also manage multilingual content and generate reports on adoption and effectiveness. You will support ETQ Reliance, Oracle iSupplier, Rapid Ratings, and OBI dashboards, driving user adoption and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
2+ years of experience in instructional design, training content development, or related field.
Experience creating digital learning content using Articulate, Camtasia, or similar tools.
Experience delivering virtual training and creating learner-centered materials.
Experience coordinating translated content or multilingual learning needs is preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise systems or supply chain processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging digital learning content using Articulate, Camtasia, and other learning technologies.
Create e-learning modules, videos, job aids, process guides, and support resources for internal employees and external suppliers.
Facilitate virtual training sessions to promote understanding and adoption.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex processes into clear learning content.
Coordinate translation of learning content for global audiences.
Maintain knowledge resources to improve learner experience and support materials.
Provide user support for supply chain systems (ETQ Reliance, Oracle iSupplier, Rapid Ratings, OBI dashboards).
Run and analyze system usage reports to monitor adoption and identify improvements.
Support rollout of new tools and enablement initiatives across supply chain functions.
