Job summary

Textron is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for Supply Chain System Support to act as the primary contact for supplier-facing applications. The role involves diagnosing access issues, training suppliers, and coordinating with the SAP Solution Center, developers, and business personnel to support maintenance, enhancements, deployments, and supplier-specific system issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Management (related degrees or experience in lieu of a degree could be considered).
• 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proficiency in navigating procurement processes and understanding supply chain dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incoming issues related to the Sell2Bell portal and Bell applications used by the supply base.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis to determine requirements.
• Create and maintain supplier user accounts, ensuring smooth access to Bell’s systems.
• Develop and maintain supplier training materials and conduct supplier training sessions to encourage proper system usage.
• Host one‑on‑one meetings with suppliers, gathering detailed information and leveraging your understanding of supplier needs to contribute valuable insights.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and actively participate in IT projects, serving as a representative for supplier processes.
• Ensure technology solutions align with and enhance supplier interactions and operations.
