• Designs and delivers comprehensive training programs covering Supply Chain processes and tools.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain teams and management to assess skills and training needs.
• Creates and maintains training materials aligned with industry standards and software updates.
• Designs structured training programs and mentors the team to meet dept. goals.
• Tracks training effectiveness using assessments and performance metrics.
