Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Business Systems Training Lead to design and deliver training across our supply chain processes and tools.

You will partner with Procurement, Sourcing, Category Managers and Supply Chain leadership to raise capabilities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (CPTM preferred), 4+ years in supply chain/training, ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Acumatica), and 30-60% travel to Excellerate sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Logistics or Procurement, focusing on training.
• Travel 30-60% with pre-planned trips to Excellerate sites.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; may require other days/times.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers comprehensive training programs for Supply Chain.
• Assesses skill levels and training needs with management.
• Creates and maintains training materials updated with industry standards.
• Designs structured training and mentors the team.
• Tracks training effectiveness via assessments and metrics.
• Performs other related duties as required.
