Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Learning Analyst to design and deliver digital learning across our supply chain platforms, including ETQ Reliance and Oracle iSupplier. You will translate complex processes into engaging content for internal staff and external suppliers, driving adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years in instructional design or training.
• Experience with Articulate, Camtasia or similar tools.
• Experience delivering virtual training sessions.
• Experience coordinating translated content is preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise/supply chain systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning content using Articulate, Camtasia.
• Create e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and guides.
• Facilitate virtual training to promote engagement and adoption.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate processes into learning content.
• Coordinate translation for global audiences.
• Provide user support for supply chain systems.
• Run and analyze system usage reports to drive improvements.
• Generate recurring/ad hoc reports for business decisions.
• Improve training content based on feedback and insights.
• Support rollout of new tools and enablement initiatives.
