Kohler, based at our Bristol, PA plant, is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst II to optimize inventory and data integrity across materials management. This on-site role partners with Operations, IT, and Finance to improve service and performance.

You will own cycle counts, manage SAP material master data and dashboards, develop reporting, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams in a luxury manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with relevant progressive experience.
• 3+ years in supply chain, materials, inventory control, manufacturing operations, systems analysis or process improvement.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, physical inventory, material master data.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate insights into action.
• Excel and dashboard development experience.
• Lean/CI knowledge; APICS CPIM/CSCP a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the cycle count program with governance and action follow-through.
• Support annual physical inventory planning, controls and reconciliation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and propose improvements.
• Own inventory control systems including SAP, Kardex and related reporting.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility and service.
• Provide data support for materials management and S&OP inputs.
• Build relationships across Bristol operations and Kallista business.
