Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI is seeking a Supply & Demand Planning Manager to lead demand shaping, inventory governance, and disposition analysis across Kitchen and Bath Americas. You will translate ERP and Power BI data into actionable recommendations while working with cross-functional teams to protect service and financial goals.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US. The role includes a salary range of $99,300–$152,900 with a performance bonusportunity and day 1 benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand planning, or related analytics.
• Experience with E&O, excess inventory, blocked/restricted inventory preferred.
• ERP experience with SAP ECC/S4, APO, IBP or similar planning systems is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory governance meetings, present risks and recommendations, assign owners, escalate overdue actions.
• Own end-to-end demand shaping from SKU identification to actions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead E&O and inventory disposition analysis across drivers, demand signals, and aging.
• Assess discontinuation exposure and advise on retention, consumption, disposition, or escalation.
• Coordinate material status changes and PCI requests through ERP validation.
• Support governance by tracking actions related to demand shaping, E&O, and disposition decisions.
• Track blocked/restricted inventory to identify root causes, aging, and financial exposure.
• Partner with Finance to validate inventory value and reduction opportunities.
• Create standard work and governance routines to improve visibility and reduce manual effort.
