  • Maintain system integrity, transaction accuracy, user documentation, and governance standards; partner with IT and functional users to test and implement enhancements.

  • Identify risks related to obsolescence, excess inventory, parameter integrity, and material availability; communicate findings and support mitigation plans with cross-functional partners.
Materials Process Improvement & Business Partnership
  • Contribute analytical and systems expertise to materials processes such as MRP, replenishment, warehouse and storage strategy, order protocols, material flow, and inventory control.
  • Lead or support cross-functional improvement projects that simplify work, eliminate redundancy, improve data quality, and strengthen service, quality, cost, and inventory outcomes.
  • Create and maintain standard work, training materials, process maps, controls, and business continuity documentation for assigned systems and processes.
  • Build productive relationships across Bristol operations and the broader Kallista business, translating business needs into practical system, data, and process solutions.
