Job summary

Talentify in Kohler, WI seeks a Procurement Analyst to convert spend and supplier data into bid baselines, supplier comparisons, and scenario models that guide sourcing decisions. You will support end-to-end activities from pre-bid data prep to post-award implementation, leveraging SAP, Jaggaer, and strong Excel skills.

You will collaborate with Logistics, Finance, Packaging Engineering, and suppliers to maintain data quality, run analyses, prepare savings calculations, and document assumptions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (SCM/Business/Finance)
• Minimum 3 years in procurement, sourcing, logistics, or analytics
• Experience analyzing complex pricing files and spend data
• Hands-on SAP procurement or materials-management experience
• Experience administering eSourcing RFQs or using Jaggaer preferred

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing events from intake through award implementation and savings handoff.
• Create bid baselines, templates, lane matrices, part-number files, and validation packages.
• Maintain SAP master data, PIRs, price updates, and supplier records.
• Develop baseline and scenario models using total landed cost, freight, and other components.
