Job summary

Kohler is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst II for the Kallista division, onsite at the Bristol operations plant in Bristol, PA. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to optimize inventory controls, master data, and analytics that enable reliable execution across the plant.

You will own systems like SAP, ZBIN, Kardex, and related reporting solutions, develop dashboards, and provide data-driven decision support for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, IS, Operations, Finance or related field (or Associate with relevant experience).
• 3+ years in supply chain, inventory control, or related areas preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP; SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cycle count program; manage schedule, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Own SAP material master data and lead time parameters within scope.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to improve inventory visibility and service levels.
• Lead or support cross‑functional improvement projects to improve data quality and inventory outcomes.
• Build and maintain standard work, training materials, and process maps for systems and processes.
