Opportunity

Join Kallista's supply chain team and help deliver the precision, responsiveness, and craftsmanship expected in the luxury market. Based on-site at Kohler's Bristol operations plant, this role supports the Kallista Beauty and Storage product category by strengthening the systems, data, and inventory disciplines that connect materials management with exceptional customer service. The Supply Chain Systems Analyst II is a hands‑on business partner who converts operational data into action, improves inventory accuracy and material availability, and advances the processes that enable reliable execution across the plant.

Optimize and sustain supply chain systems, inventory controls, material master data, and performance analytics for Bristol operations. Serve as a key contributor to materials planning, inventory management, product lifecycle, and continuous improvement processes. Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to improve data integrity, material flow, service, quality, and business performance.

Specific Responsibilities

Inventory Accuracy, Cycle Count & Physical Inventory:

  • Own the facility cycle count program, including schedule governance, compliance monitoring, variance analysis, and corrective action follow-through.
  • Support the annual physical inventory process, including readiness planning, count controls, cross-functional coordination, reconciliation support, results reporting, and post-inventory improvement actions.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies across receiving, production, material movement, storage, and shipping transactions; perform root cause analysis and coordinate sustainable corrective actions.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy performance and recommend process, system, training, or control improvements that reduce variance and strengthen audit readiness.

Systems, Data & Analytics:

  • Serve as the business owner and subject matter resource for inventory control systems and tools, including ZBIN inventory tracking, Kardex automated storage, SAP transactions, and related reporting solutions.
  • Maintain system integrity, transaction accuracy, user documentation, and governance standards; partner with IT and functional users to test and implement enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and recurring analysis that improve visibility to inventory, material availability, customer service, operational execution, and financial performance.
  • Provide accurate data, analysis, and decision support for materials management activities, including planning parameter reviews, inventory optimization, S&OP inputs, demand planning, capacity discussions, and continuous improvement priorities.

Material Master Data & Product Lifecycle:

  • Own and maintain SAP material master data within assigned scope, including lead time, lot size, reorder point, safety stock, material status, storage location, and other planning parameters.
  • Coordinate supply chain data and system requirements for new product introductions, engineering changes, product transitions, phase‑in/phase‑out activity, and end‑of‑life execution.
  • Identify risks related to obsolescence, excess inventory, parameter integrity, and material availability; communicate findings and support mitigation plans with cross‑functional partners.

Materials Process Improvement & Business Partnership:

  • Contribute analytical and systems expertise to materials processes such as MRP, replenishment, warehouse and storage strategy, order protocols, material flow, and inventory control.
  • Lead or support cross‑functional improvement projects that simplify work, eliminate redundancy, improve data quality, and strengthen service, quality, cost, and inventory outcomes.
  • Create and maintain standard work, training materials, process maps, controls, and business continuity documentation for assigned systems and processes.
  • Build productive relationships across Bristol operations and the broader Kallista business, translating business needs into practical system, data, and process solutions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field preferred. An associate degree with relevant progressive experience may be considered.
  • Three or more years of experience in supply chain, materials, inventory control, manufacturing operations, systems analysis, or business process improvement is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, physical inventory, material master data, and manufacturing transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify root causes, develop clear recommendations, and convert insights into practical action.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting or visualization tools; experience developing dashboards and performance metrics is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, standard work, and problem-solving methods.
