Job summary

Integrated 3D LLC seeks a Supply Chain Analyst Lead to oversee day-to-day inventory control and reporting across locations. You will supervise the Inventory Coordinator and Shipping & Receiving staff, develop SOPs with the Director of Supply Chain, and ensure accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on build plate serialization, material usage tracking, KPI reporting, and reporting that connects usage, scrap, and traceability to support production and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in inventory control, supply chain, or materials management in manufacturing.
• 1+ years leading or supervising others.
• Proven ability to build KPI reporting from inventory and production data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience writing and implementing standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Inventory Coordinator and Shipping & Receiving staff at locations.
• Write and enforce procedures for powder storage, cycle counts, and reorder rules.
• Own build plate serialization and tracking from receipt through use and retirement.
• Develop reports connecting material usage, scrap, and traceability to support quality and customer requirements.
• Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stockouts, and vendor on-time delivery.
• Develop SOPs in partnership with the Director of Supply Chain and ensure adherence across sites.
