Job summary

ResMed's Global Technology Solutions (GTS) seeks a Business Systems Analyst (Supply Chain & Distribution) to turn business needs into practical solutions for warehouse and order management. Based in a hybrid role in San Diego, Atlanta, or Indianapolis, you will collaborate with stakeholders, product management, and development teams to drive requirements through implementation and continuous improvement.

You'll bring experience with WMS, Order Management, SQL, and process improvement to help

Qualifications

Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience with Order Management, Order Fulfilment, Shipping, and Inventory processes.
Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations within a supply chain environment.
Understanding of BOM, Manufacturing, Procurement, Forecasting, and Planning processes.
Experience working with data analysis tools and SQL basics.
Strong business process analysis, facilitation, and project coordination capabilities.
Experience across the full project lifecycle with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate across functions.
Understanding of software development methodologies and change management practices.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field is valued.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities, and recommend system and process improvements.
Lead discussions around business processes, operational requirements, and technology initiatives.
Gather, analyse, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Define and document business processes, procedures, workflows, and data flows across operational systems.
Configure system settings and options to support business requirements and operational excellence.
Serve as a systems expert for Order Management and Warehouse Management solutions, including integrated third-party systems and business intelligence tools.
Support Distribution Operations by providing guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing system expertise to end users.
Act as a subject matter expert for systems and processes supporting distribution activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive projects from requirements gathering through testing, implementation, and adoption.
Monitor project outcomes and business results, recommending changes to maximise effectiveness and achieve objectives.
Evaluate tools, technologies, and process improvements that enhance performance and reduce operational costs.
Lead systems testing activities and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts.
Deliver training and support to end users to encourage successful adoption of new capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business and systems issues.
Apply change management and communication practices to support organisational readiness and adoption.
