ResMed's Global Technology Solutions (GTS) seeks a Business Systems Analyst (Supply Chain & Distribution) to optimize warehouse and order management systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to translate business needs into practical tech solutions and drive initiatives from requirements to implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience supporting Order Management, fulfillment, shipping, and inventory processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations within a supply chain environment.
• Understanding of BOM, manufacturing, procurement, forecasting, and planning.
• Experience with data analysis tools and applications.
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to write basic queries.
• Strong business process analysis, facilitation, and project coordination.
• Experience with full project lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate across functions.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend system improvements.
• Lead discussions on processes, requirements, and tech initiatives.
• Translate requirements into actionable solutions and define workflows.
• Configure system settings to support operations excellence.
• Serve as systems expert for OMS and WMS integrations and BI tools.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting to end users in distribution.
• Drive projects from requirements through testing and adoption.
• Monitor outcomes and propose changes to maximise impact.
• Evaluate tools and processes to reduce costs.
• Lead testing activities and coordinate UAT.
• Deliver end-user training to ensure adoption.
