Job summary

ResMed's Global Technology Solutions (GTS) seeks a Business Systems Analyst (Supply Chain & Distribution) to optimize warehouse and order management systems. Hybrid role based in San Diego, Atlanta, or Indianapolis, collaborating with stakeholders, product management, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You'll lead requirements, document processes, and drive improvements across distribution operations, BOM, manufacturing, and procurement while ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems, ideally HighJump/Körber.
• Experience supporting Order Management, Order Fulfilment, Shipping, and Inventory processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations within a supply chain environment.
• Understanding of Bill of Materials, Manufacturing, Procurement, Forecasting, and Planning processes.
• Experience working with data analysis tools and applications.
• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to write basic database queries.
• Strong business process analysis, facilitation, and project coordination capabilities.
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate across functions.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and change management practices.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical information for diverse audiences.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is valued.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and propose system improvements.
• Lead discussions on processes, requirements, and technology initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Define and document processes, workflows, and data flows.
• Configure system settings to support business requirements and operational excellence.
• Serve as systems expert for WMS and Order Management solutions.
• Support distribution operations with guidance and training.
• Drive projects from requirements to testing and adoption.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and training.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
• Apply change management practices.
