Job summary

ResMed Global Technology Solutions (GTS) seeks a Business Systems Analyst (Supply Chain & Distribution) to enhance warehouse and order management platforms. You will partner with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive initiatives from requirements through implementation.

Based in a hybrid role across San Diego, Atlanta, or Indianapolis, you will support distribution operations, analytics, and continuous process improvements while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience supporting Order Management, Order Fulfilment, Shipping, and Inventory processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations within a supply chain environment.
• Understanding of Bill of Materials, Manufacturing, Procurement, Forecasting, and Planning processes.
• Experience working with data analysis tools and applications.
• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to write basic database queries.
• Strong business process analysis, facilitation, and project coordination capabilities.
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Lead discussions around business processes, requirements, and technology initiatives.
• Translate requirements into actionable solutions and document workflows and data flows.
• Define and document processes, procedures, and data flows across systems.
• Configure system settings to support business requirements and excellence.
• Serve as a systems expert for Order Management and Warehouse Management solutions.
• Drive projects from requirements gathering through testing, implementation, and adoption.
