Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Supply Chain & Distribution) to enhance warehouse and order management systems. Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience in Order Management, Fulfillment, Shipping, and Inventory processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations within a supply chain environment.
• Understanding of BOM, Manufacturing, Procurement, Forecasting, and Planning processes.
• Experience working with data analysis tools and applications.
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to write basic queries.
• Strong business process analysis, facilitation, and project coordination capabilities.
• Experience across full project lifecycle with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and recommend system improvements.
• Lead discussions around business processes, requirements, and technology initiatives.
• Gather, analyse, document, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Define and document processes, workflows, and data flows across systems.
• Configure system settings to support business requirements and excellence.
• Serve as systems expert for Order Management and Warehouse Management solutions.
• Provide guidance and ongoing system support to end users in Distribution Ops.
• Drive projects from requirements through testing, implementation, adoption.
• Monitor outcomes and suggest changes to maximise effectiveness.
• Evaluate tools and processes to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Lead systems testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Deliver training and support to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Apply change management and communication practices for readiness.
