Job summary

ResMed seeking a Data Analyst to enable data-driven decision making across its Global Distribution, Logistics & Trade organization. Transform complex operational data into insights that improve service, reduce costs, and increase efficiency across the global supply chain.

You will partner with Distribution, Logistics, Transportation, Trade, Planning, Customer Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to develop dashboards and KPI reporting using Tableau/Power BI, write SQL queries, and automate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, supply chain, engineering, statistics, CS, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, operations analytics, supply chain analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills for large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards/reporting with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• AI literacy with AI-powered tools for analysis, reporting, problem solving, productivity, and decision making.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global supply chain stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to address operational challenges and reporting needs.
• Develop understanding of regional supply chain processes and priorities.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform operations decisions.
• Participate in regional performance reviews, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support self-service analytics across regions to enable timely information.
