Job summary

ResMed's Global Technology Solutions (GTS) seeks a Business Systems Analyst (Supply Chain & Distribution) to optimize warehouse and order management systems and drive improvements across distribution operations. Hybrid role in the U.S., working with stakeholders, product teams, and development to translate needs into practical solutions.

You'll cover system configuration, process documentation, testing, training, and ongoing support while delivering measurable business outcomes and cost

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS).
• Experience supporting distribution operations, inventory, and shipping processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, procurement forecasting, and planning processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic data querying.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand operational challenges with stakeholders and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Lead discussions around business processes, requirements, and technology initiatives.
• Translate requirements into actionable solutions and document data flows across systems.
• Define and document processes, workflows, and data flows across operational systems.
• Configure system settings to support business requirements and operational excellence.
• Serve as a systems expert for OMS/WMS and integrations with third-party tools.
• Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support for distribution operations.
• Drive projects from requirements through testing, implementation, and adoption.
• Coordinate UAT and deliver end-user training for new capabilities.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve issues and apply change management practices.
