The shift for this position is per diem, 20 hours, remote.

The Supply Chain Analyst:

• Supports Howard University Hospital and Adventist HealthCare’s supply chain systems through the implementation of best practices, maintaining ERP and ancillary systems, and coordinating change management to support business operations.
• Acts as an ERP product specialist, collaborating with department representatives and suppliers to ensure proper data flow.
• Maintains Item Master and assists the Accounts Payable team with Supplier Master data, ensuring high data integrity standards.
• Creates and modifies reports as needed.
• Ensures adherence to procurement and contracting policies, including IT security for ERP access.
• Provides system access and support to end users, resolving ordering issues promptly.
• Maintains data maps with supplier systems.
• Suggests system enhancements, reviews, tests, and assesses impact of new features.
• Creates quick reference guides and trains new staff on the MM ERP system.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field (equivalency considered).
• One to five years of supply chain or ERP experience.
