Responsibilities:

The successful Jr. Systems Analyst will provide end-user production support for multiple government offices. The candidate should understand technical specifications based on business and functional requirements. Responsibilities include providing help desk support for the following systems:

1. PSC WorkSmarter: An Appian, Blue Prism, and Oracle-based platform hosting federal applications such as case management, reports, dashboards, workload tracking, agreement processing, budget formulation, and electronic file repositories.
2. PSC OneView: A Salesforce-based platform supporting project planning, travel planning, intra-office communication, and intake and badging.

Additional duties involve requirements gathering, application testing, and preparing technical and end-user documentation for system functionalities, processes, and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

This position requires a four-year post-high school education in a computer science/IT-related field and/or two years of related experience. The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
