This is a remote role for a Business System Analyst at PCItek located in Springfield, MO. The Business System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business systems, conducting systems analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Work-Flow Diagrams, architectural diagrams, and applying analytical skills to improve business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electric Utility Operations and Business Functions within the Transmission and Distribution sectors.
• Experience integrating disparate Operation and Business systems within the Utility Control Center and the Back Office.
• Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Business Analysis and gathering Business Requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• IEC or IEEE Standards knowledge is a plus
