W.W. Grainger, Inc. is launching a three-year Supply Chain Rotational Development Program in Minooka, IL.

The program will rotate you through three one-year assignments across Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience to build broad operations leadership capabilities. You will develop data analytics, lead teams up to 25 members, and participate in cross-functional projects focused on cost reduction and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelorf9s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Strong data analytics using SQL, Python and Power BI.
• Experience with large datasets and cloud data platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a rotation across three Supply Chain, Operations and Customer Experience functions.
• Develop data analytics to measure KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive cross-functional continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead or participate in projects to reduce operational costs and improve service.
