You will tackle on-the-job responsibilities, drive strategic projects, and gain exposure to executives while enjoying a hybrid work schedule, relocation support, and education stipends.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree in SCM, Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, Planning or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering results.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively and build relationships.

Aufgaben

• Rotations include Supply And Production Planning responsibilities: inventory, demand, and production scheduling.
• participate in Strategic Sourcing, supplier relations and contract negotiations.
• Lead and supervise in Operations Leadership environments (manufacturing/distribution).
• Contribute to Global Logistics focusing on warehouse operations and order fulfillment.
• Support Quality initiatives with data-driven metrics and supplier/product focus.
• Engage in Supply Chain Strategy and Cost Leadership projects to improve productivity and reduce costs.
