The three-year program provides hands-on project management, formal curriculum, and leadership development across Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience. Participants will complete three one-year rotations focusing on Inventory Planning, Transportation, Data Enablement, and more, with opportunities to lead cross-functional projects and apply analytics to drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, supply chain, engineering, or related analytical disciplines.
• Relevant experience with data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, Python, Power BI) through coursework, internships, or projects.
• Exposure to predictive analytics, optimization, and AI applications in supply chain decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across three Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience functions during the program.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to reduce costs or improve service.
• Develop data analytics to measure KPIs and drive improvements using SQL-based queries, data modeling, and visualization tools.
