Job summary

Grainger is offering a three-year Supply Chain Rotational Development Program (SCRDP) in Lake Forest, IL. Participants will rotate across Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience, gaining hands-on project management experience and exposure to SAP, Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL-based analytics.

Graduates will develop technical skills, engage in continuous improvement projects, and be prepared for senior-level roles within Grainger’s Supply Chain organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques is required.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Exposure to predictive analytics, optimization, and AI in supply chain is a plus.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across three Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience functions.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to reduce costs or improve service.
• Develop data analytics to measure KPIs and drive improvements.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for partners and teams.
• Support inventory optimization and cost-reduction initiatives.
